Where is Medardo’s Vacation Home located? How to reach it?
Our house is located in Gagliano Aterno, within the Subequana Valley, at the foot of Sirente Mountain , near the villages Castelvecchio Subequo and Secinaro.

How to reach us

For the guests coming from Pescara or Chieti
Leaving the highway exit at Pratola Peligna, going back towards Raiano and crossing the San Venazio Canion and passing through Castelvecchio Subequo, you arrive at Gagliano Aterno where you can find our structure.

For those arriving from Rome
Following the road Tiburtina passes Forca Caruso, through unspoilt nature, you pass by Castel di Ieri to get to Gagliano Aterno where you can find our home.

Check-in times are usually from 4.00 until 20.00 or different times request and agree with the property!

Check-out times are from 7.00 to 10.00 for different times request and agree with the property.

Yes, you can enter and leave when you want after checking in and receiving the keys.

The payment methods accepted upon arrival at the property are cash or credit card (with small extra fee).
Prepayment by bank transfer or postal or crypto exchangeable currencies.
Prepayment with bank transfer and balance upon receiving the keys.

You can always cancel the reservation but if you require advance receipt of payment before arrival at the property will be returned the deposit or payment with a 30% deduction paid for taxes and preparation of the structure.

Yes, pets are allowed in our home, but the guests have to agree with the owner

Breakfast is included in the price and you can choose to communicate it to the structure in 2 ways:

• at home, finding everything that is offered, only to prepare
• or in the bar about 250 meters away from the home with coffee/ cappuccino and croissants of your choice.

Towels and sheets are available for all beds.

The wi-fi is included in the price and available both inside the structure and in the garden.

Yes! You can rent the House from Medardo and its garden for a party, an event, a training course, etc.. even just for a day without sleeping!
